Mark Hall, JD, WFU, publishes “Disease Control, Civil Liberties, and Mass Testing – Calibrating Restrictions during Covid-19

Mark Hall, JD, Co-Director of Bioethics Graduate Program and School of Law Professor at Wake Forest University, has just had a short article released by The New England Journal of Medicine,  in which a Stanford colleague (David Studdert, LLB, DSc) and Mark Hall discuss what will be needed to sensibly lift/relax and possibly reimpose existing COVID restrictions in a manner the appropriately balances disease protection with civil liberties: Disease Control, Civil Liberties, and Mass Testing – Calibrating Restrictions during the Covid-19

Hailey Cleek has had an article published in the California Law Review Online April 2020 edition entitled Pandemic Behind Bars: Prioritizing the Release of Elderly, Chronically Ill, and Recent Alleged Parole Offenders with Technical Violations in Anticipation of COVID-19’s Peak.
